It is by the pool of the mythical palace, in the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez, that guests can savor a lunch of Mediterranean flavors. The chef showcases local fish and regional products. The cuisine cooked over a wood fire and the simplicity of the dishes to be shared are enhanced by a healthy selection such as garden bowls, salads revisited with produce from the hotel’s vegetable garden.

At dinner, the sunny atmosphere turns into a more intimate one in the dining room or on the terrace. You can enjoy crudos such as red tuna tartar with osciètre caviar or signature dishes such as Farcis Provençaux.
