For any booking made more than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• 50% of the booking amount is due to the signature of the contract
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 2 days before the arrival date

For any booking made less than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• Total payment is due upon signature of the contract
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date

The security deposit amount depends on the brand and model chosen, and we will inform you before the booking. We ask for a card imprint so that the deposit is not debited from your account but only temporarily blocked.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence representative.

Our fleet of cars is available all over the French Riviera, so in most cases, we can deliver and collect the vehicle at the place of your choice (airport, hotel, villa, beach, etc.).

Please note that if you choose a car that is not based where you wish to start the rental, we will offer the delivery in most cases, but occasionally delivery fees may apply. If such charges apply, your Excellence representative will advise you of the exact amount before you make the booking.

If you have any preferences regarding the place of delivery and collection, please do not hesitate to ask your Excellence representative.

Excellence is happy to offer you its concierge service throughout your rental, our local experts will advise you on the best addresses in the area and will book for you according to your preferences.

Your Excellence representative will be present from the time of delivery until the vehicle is collected, to ensure that your rental runs smoothly and that you can devote all your time to your holiday.
