As soon as we receive your request, our team will promptly check availability and send you one or more bespoke proposals, perfectly tailored to your preferences.

Once the ideal villa has been selected, you will receive a digital rental agreement, and we will remain by your side to coordinate every detail of your stay.

As our villas are in high demand, we recommend booking at least 4 months in advance to secure your preferred dates and properties.

Booking made more than 30 days prior to arrival:

• 50% down payment due upon signing the rental agreement
• Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival
• Security deposit to be paid no later than 15 days before arrival

Booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival:

• Full payment due upon signing the rental agreement
• Security deposit to be paid no later than 15 days before arrival

The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

We accept payments by bank transfer only.

Exact check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the property. Excellence Riviera will always do its utmost to accommodate your preferences, subject to availability.

Upon arrival:
Check-in is generally available from 5:00 PM.
Your dedicated Excellence Riviera agent and concierge will welcome you on-site, give you a tour of the villa, and carry out the check-in inspection.

Upon departure:
Check-out is generally scheduled by 10:00 AM.
Your Excellence Riviera agent will be present to complete the check-out inspection and ensure everything runs smoothly.
