For any booking made more than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• 50% of the booking amount is due to the signature of the contract
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date

• The total payment is due upon signature of the contract
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date
  
  

The amount of the security deposit depends on the property, and we will inform you before the booking.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence representative.

The exact time of check-in and check-out may vary depending on the properties, and Excellence will always do its best to adapt it to your preferences.

In general, on the day of your arrival, check-in is possible from 5:00 pm.

Your Excellence representative and your concierge will welcome you on arrival to show you around the property and draw up the inventory of fixtures.

In general, on the day of your departure, check-out is at 11:00 am at the latest.

When booking your accommodation with Excellence, you benefit from our concierge service for the duration of your stay.

Our local experts will advise you on the best spots in the area and will book for you according to your preferences.

We can organise your transport such as :

• Airport transfer by taxi or helicopter
• Car Rental
• Boat Rental

We can provide you with personnel such as :

• Private chef
• Private driver
• Security guard
• Baby-sitter
• Yoga teacher

Your Excellence representative and your concierge will be present from the moment you arrive until your departure to ensure that your stay goes perfectly and that you can devote all your time to your holiday.
