Villa Vespera

Overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, this villa in Grimaud offers an intimate setting between nature and the horizon. Built in 1972, the Villa was inspired by the work of the famous architect Jacques Couëlle, whose work is marked by the architecture-sculpture movement.

From the moment you enter, the house reveals a soothing atmosphere: authentic materials, a fluid flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, and the sea as a backdrop everywhere. The south-facing terraces are home to an outdoor lounge, a convivial table and several sun loungers facing the view. The glass balustrade blurs the boundaries between the house and the landscape.

The 660m² of interiors have been designed down to the last detail by an interior designer, revealing a unique and meticulous decor, whose elegance is symbolised by the almost systematic use of white, and punctuated by architectural choices such as the sublime living room and the Master bedroom, with their rounded shapes and exceptional postcard views over the entire Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The swimming pool, located one level below, is bordered by palm trees and natural stone walls. It is accompanied by a sheltered lounge area, discreet and comfortable, perfect for enjoying late afternoons in the shade.

Inside, the villa’s rooms are bright, sober and well thought out. The bedrooms are spread over several levels, some with sea views, others opening onto the garden.
