For any booking made more than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• 50% of the booking amount is due to the signature of the contract
• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date

For any booking made less than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• Total payment is due upon signature of the contract

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence representative.

Our fleet of yachts is available all over the French Riviera, so in most cases, you will be able to embark and disembark at the location of your choice.

Please note, however, that if you choose a yacht that is not based where you wish to embark, you will be charged a delivery fee corresponding to the fuel consumption. If such charges apply, your Excellence representative will advise you of the exact amount before you proceed with the booking.

If you have any preferences regarding the place of embarkation or disembarkation, do not hesitate to ask your Excellence representative.

When booking your yacht with Excellence Riviera, the following services are included:

Excellence Riviera is happy to offer you its concierge service throughout your charter, our local experts will advise you on the best spots in the area and will book for you according to your preferences.

Your Excellence representative will be present from the moment you embark to the moment you disembark, to ensure that your charter runs smoothly and that you can devote all your time to your holiday.
