Perched atop the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez, Les Toits restaurant offers a moment of respite beneath the Saint-Tropez sky, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the village rooftops.

Chef David Ignoffo has created a sunny menu, inspired by seasonal produce and characterised by a relaxed elegance true to the spirit of Saint-Tropez. From lunch through to long summer evenings, the venue charms with its vibrant atmosphere. From golden hour through to the spellbinding spectacle of sunset, the Les Toits rooftop offers a unique ambience. Every Thursday, the ‘La Vie en Rose’ evenings take on a dolce vita feel, whilst Friday and Saturday evenings feature swing jazz performances by singer Cynthia Queenton.

The full programme can be found on the hotel’s website calendar. The season’s new highlight: a brunch called “Dimanche sur Les Toits”, featuring a DJ set in a chic and convivial atmosphere, takes place every Sunday.

Signature dishes at this Sunday brunch include whole roasted sea bass and the traditional Sunday roast chicken, available upon booking 48 hours in advance, for groups of four or more.
