The Byblos Beach restaurant is a hymn to Mediterranean culture. The chef embraces an ” eco-friendly gastronomy ” that favors locally sourced, fresh and seasonal products. Sun-drenched fruits and vegetables are served alongside fresh catch of the day, and even the off-season will tickle your taste buds, like the Pugliese Burrata with butternut and hazelnuts, or the tuna steak with bell pepper tian and Asian ketchup, to be tasted in the fall. 120 privileged guests can sit in the restaurant under the shade of the canopies that reminds one of the sails of a boat.

Gourmets can also be served directly on one of the 110 sunbeds available on the beach. Large sunbeds that invite you to relax under the rope umbrellas that create a luxurious hut-like atmosphere at Byblos Beach.
