Sushi Chef Phailinh Ouparavong completes the experience with refined Japanese specialities, sushi, sashimi and delicately prepared creations.

On the beach, sunbeds and parasols invite guests to enjoy the Cannes sunshine and the beauty of the bay. As the day unfolds, the atmosphere moves from lunch with your feet in the sand to cocktails crafted by our mixologist and golden-hour moments. In July and August, DJ sets and a vibrant musical atmosphere extend the experience into the evening.
