Yachting events on the French Riviera in 2024
Les Voiles d’Antibes – May 29th to June 2nd, 2024
The event honours the boats that have marked the history of international yachting. Classic yachts, Esprit de Tradition, and Metric Classes are thus brought together to participate in a regatta in which the values of sport and conviviality are combined.
The regattas occur along the 23 km of coastline along Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins.
In addition to this sporting event, there are exhibitions and activities dedicated to the marine world. The Port Vauban of Antibes comes alive from morning to night, to the joy shared by the many visitors, participants and onlookers. The Village des Voiles awaits you in the heart of Europe’s leading yachting port for a few days to celebrate the noble history of yachting.
The Excellence Riviera teams will organize your arrival. Helicopter to Cannes or Nice, then luxury car rental or yacht rental to anchor in the Bay of Antibes and enjoy the regatta spectacle as closely as possible. We will design your trip with you to make the Voiles d’Antibes experience as magical as possible.
Cannes Yachting Festival – September 10th to 15th, 2024
Every year, the Cannes Yachting Festival takes place in the Old Port, in front of the prestigious Palais des Festivals de Cannes.
This year’s show features over 700 boats, including new models from Benetti, Arcadia Yachts and Mangusta Yachts.
While the Old Port continues to host the bulk of the show’s offerings, with over 350 units ranging in size from 10 to 45 meters, the Port Canto will be the center of attention this year. In all, some 340 units will be on display, including 120 new yachts over 10 meters, 170 power boats over eight meters, housed in a new 1,700 m² marina, and around 50 large pre-owned yachts over 24 meters.
Complementary to the Monaco Yacht Show, the Cannes show plays the eclecticism card, with boats up to 45 meters in length. Here, the emphasis is on diversity, and you’ll find sailing boats, powerboats, monohulls, multihulls, hard or semi-rigid hulls.
In Cannes, the organizers are also playing the lifestyle card, both through the yachting-related offer and through the “luxury gallery”, in the heart of the Palais des Festivals, where you can discover handcrafted products or products serving the art of living and exceptional know-how.
Contact us to land directly in Cannes, by helicopter or private jet. We’ll provide you with a chauffeur-driven car or luxury car rental service to the port of Cannes. The best way to experience the Cannes Yachting Festival in an immersive way is to charter a yacht. You’ll be able to anchor in the Bay of Cannes or between the Lérins Islands for the duration of the event.
Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez – September 28th- October 6th, 2024
Also known as the “Nioulargue”, the Voiles de Saint-Tropez marks the end of summer in Saint-Tropez.
Like every year, 2024 will be both festive and convivial.
Crews of some of the world’s finest yachts, some ultra-modern and some over a hundred years old, will anchor in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to celebrate their passion for yachting. Cigarettes and old rigs meet in a sublime maritime ballet.
Two weeks of regattas will punctuate Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez. The first week will bring together maxi yachts and modern sailboats, before the second week will see traditional yachts compete. Some 250 crews are expected to take part in this 25ᵉ edition.
Two weeks during which the whole village of Saint-Tropez comes alive and pays tribute to its history. The corsair city comes alive again in an atmosphere very different from the summer, as old rigging and boating enthusiasts take the place of summer vacationers.
To make the most of Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, Excellence offers you a wide selection of sublime villas and yachts to rent for an exceptional stay. Our teams can also book hotels, restaurants, luxury cars… so that your only concern during your stay in Saint-Tropez is to live intensely the Voiles de Saint-Tropez experience and atmosphere.
Monaco Yacht Show – September 25th to 28th, 2024
The Monaco Yacht Show is anchored each year in the Principality’s Port Hercule, and this year the organizers have focused on superyacht enthusiasts. You’ll be able to discover over 120 superyachts, from 25 to 100 meters in length, including more than 30 world launches by leading builders such as Benetti and Oceanco.
Over 560 exhibitors are expected at this year’s show, which is once again sponsored by Richard Mille.
From the Adventure Area, where you can choose your sources of adrenaline and entertainment on your yachts, to the Yacht Design & Innovation Hub, a space dedicated to design and innovative solutions in superyachting, there are plenty of discoveries for yacht enthusiasts.
At the Monaco Yacht Show, you can order your new floating palace, discover the latest trends and innovations, and find the right partner for your yacht.
Finally, the Monaco Yacht Show is open to all yachting enthusiasts and professionals. The show will also appeal to sailing enthusiasts, with yachts presented in the Sailing Yacht Area.
