Restaurant Matsuhisa in Saint-Tropez

Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s gourmet Tropezian restaurant is a must-try during any stay in Saint-Tropez. The charming setting of Les Airelles – Château de la Messardière, its breathtaking view over the Bay of Pampelonne and the unique cuisine of the world-class chef all combine to create a memorable experience.

At the Matsuhisa restaurant, guests come to discover the “Nobu cuisine style”, a blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, a combination of technical skills, exceptional products and above all “heart and soul “ as Chef Nobu says.

Gourmets are delighted to savour the famous Jalapeño yellowtail, white fish, dried miso and Black Cod. They also delight in the king crab tempura with Amazu Ponzu sauce or the Wagyu beef fillet with three sauces. Regardless of the dish chosen, a journey of the senses and taste buds is guaranteed.

The restaurant, which re-opens on 28 April 2023, changes its vibe in the evening, with a live DJ creating a half-relaxing, half-festive atmosphere.
