Created by Paris Society—after a first opening in Paris’ 16th arrondissement—this Saint-Tropez version brings a softer, sunnier touch.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by lush greenery and floral scents. Architect Corinne Sachot designed the space like a dream garden, with jasmine and roses wrapping the scene in a soft, summery perfume. It’s the perfect setting for a romantic evening, a joyful gathering with friends or even a special celebration.

The menu takes its roots in Slavic cuisine, but reinterprets it with a light, seasonal flair. Think caviar, smoked salmon and coulibiac for comforting classics, or sea bass tartare, king crab salad and grilled chicken chachlyk for fresh, flavorful bites. Desserts are generous and joyful—pavlova with delicate meringue, a zesty coupe colonel… Sweet endings made for lingering over.

The bar opens at 6 PM and quickly becomes a go-to spot for apéritif lovers. Signature cocktails are original, balanced and crafted with care, alongside a curated selection of rare vodkas and cigars. The music plays gently, conversations flow, and the pace slows just enough to savor the moment.
